Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role will be crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR and administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, coordinating recruitment processes, providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. Additionally, the HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing company events, and maintaining office supplies. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, which includes advertising job vacancies, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and organizing new employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employees, ensuring the integrity of all HR documents.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Support the development and 4implementation of HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance.
  • Supervise employee timekeeping and attendance records, including payroll processing and ensuring accuracy.
  • Aid in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, complaint handling, and conducting investigations.
  • Support administrative tasks operationally.
  • Any other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements

  • Possess a deep understanding of HR practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.
  • Showcase exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Could maintain utmost confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with HR software systems.
  • Show attention to detail and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong collaborator and team player.
