- Position Title: Corporate Secretarial Associate/Corporate Secretary
- Working Location: Raffles Place
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing corporate secretarial duties for a diverse set of international clients.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records such as board resolutions, share transfer forms, and registers.
- Track and monitor requirements/deadlines to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Electronic filing of corporate documents with various Companies Registry.
- Respond to client inquiries via emails.
- Perform Know Your Client functions (i.e. reviewing Application Form).
- Conduct due diligence checks on new and existing clients.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma/ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course.
- Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience will be advantageous.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to join as training will be provided.
