Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of company products.
- Address customer inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets and quotas.
- Keep track of product inventory and report stock levels to management.
- Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized product display.
- Participate in and promote special events or promotions as directed.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Suggest complementary products to customers to increase sales.
- Assist in developing and executing sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- An attentive listener who can discern client needs effectively.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
- Working hours: 5 working days (include weekends), 8 hours (Flexible)
- Rest Days: 2-week days
- Work timing will be discussed during interview.
