Working location: Work from home
Working hours: 10am to 5pm (lunch break 1 hour), Monday to Friday
Probation: 2 months

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generate new businesses for the company through networking, referrals, cold channels
- Negotiate and prepare terms of service with clients
- Draft and consolidate detailed proposal for each HR consultancy work to clients
- Facilitate and ensure diligent follow up for clients on board
- Deliver post-sales service with clients
- Lead point of contact for multiple sales account
- Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships
- Prepare reports for analysis on monthly revenue
- Provide sales projections and updates during monthly meeting
- Involve in R&D and/or ad-hoc recruitment projects
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- CEI license is a MUST
- Have full spectrum or some hands-on experience on other HR functions
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Tech Savvy
