What the role is
Working within the lead division driving and coordinating the implementation of this organisation's Movement. This Organisation has developed and launched a training system to serve as a common platform for individuals, enterprises and training providers.
What you will be working on
The key responsibliities include
- Working in scrum teams, lead in Sprint Design, Review, Retrospective, etc
- Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project
- Assessing, planning and prioritising product feature requests from business teams
- Project management and translation of business needs into system requirements
- Conducting User Reviews and UX testing
- Managing relationship with stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery of milestones on time
- Validating the technical solutions proposed by the development team
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in incentives management, Education and Training schemes / pilots will be advantageous.
- To perform well in this job, you should possess the following:Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Savvy to navigate and operate in and around complex environments and systems
Highly motivated to problem-solve and seek innovative solutions
Highly adaptable and resilient
Project management skills
- This is a 2-year contract position
