Your Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations:Ensure flawless execution of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Efficiently manage order processing and maintain table setup.
Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
- Cashiering: Handle basic cashiering tasks efficiently.
- Service Standards: Maintain high service standards as set by the Food and Beverage department.
- Guest Relations:Address guest complaints effectively.
Escalate issues to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
- Post-Service Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards within the designated section after service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction through effective teamwork.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the outlet manager.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time Positions: 5 days a week, 44 hours per week (Overtime Payable)
