Responsibilities:
- Enhance the efficiency of warehouse and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with ground staff and leaders to identify areas needing improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste and enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.
- Introduce and integrate digital tools and techniques to improve efficiency and the work environment.
- Present improvement projects to customers for approval.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gain support and ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder in related field.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA).
- Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
- Strong presentation skills and able to articulate and present to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
