We're looking for enthusiastic and qualified/non-accredited swim coaches to join our team, bringing Swim Teaching services to students' doorsteps across Singapore! This is not a holiday job!!!
About the Role:
- Provide personalized swim instruction at students' residences.
- Develop and implement swim training programs for all skill levels.
- Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for students.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Maintain a flexible schedule (weekdays 3:00 PM - 7:30 PM, weekends 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- This is not a holiday job.

You're a Perfect Fit If You:
- Hold a valid swimming coaching certification, we conduct a full Swim Teacher course from Baby and Toddler to Adult level.
- Have experience teaching swimming to children or adults (or both!).
- Are a strong swimmer with excellent water safety knowledge.
- Are passionate about motivating and inspiring students.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule.
- Always looking to upgrade your coaching skills to teach different students.
- A team to work together.
- This is not a holiday job.
- Are a local or Singapore Permanent Resident
