Responsibilities:
· Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call
· Check GRN (Goods Received Notice)
· Do closing for all D/O
· Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders and delivery summary
· Daily filing
· Prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports
· Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirement
· At least 1 years experience in logistics industry
· Fluent in English
· Computer literate
