Location: East / West / Jurong Island
Responsibilities:
· Monitor day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation
· Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
· To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
· Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
· To assist for quality control and continuous improvement.
· Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
· Assist in any other duties as required
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
· Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
· Preferable experience in 3PL
· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
· Forklift license added advantage
