HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

1. Assist in the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.

2. Clearly communicate job expectations to new hires and conduct work reviews twice yearly.

3. Maintain and assist in the preparation of employee personal files and records (e.g. employment contracts, etc.).

4. Handle employee medical insurance claims, WICA & common law cases.

5. Manage foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations as necessary.

6. Monitor and manage employee contract renewals.

7. Stay updated with trends in HR policies and procedures.

8. Be knowledgeable about government grants available to support the company.

9. Coordinate with educational institutions for tertiary/university internship placements.

10. Contribute to payroll preparation by providing monthly data and administering payroll such as Info Tech.

11. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports (e.g. FWL report for data analysis, CPF submissions, etc.).

12. Assist in HRIS maintenance and improvements, including technical design, process configuration, security setup, and testing.

13. Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment, bonus, etc.).

14. Assist in market surveys from MOM and various HR-related surveys.

15. Participate in continuous improvement of HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations.

16. Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisor or management.

Requirements

- Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, a Business-related field, or any similar educational certification in a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field; prior Finance/HR experience is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act is an advantage.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.

- Experience in Payroll and/or Recruitment is an advantage.

- Basic recruitment knowledge is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people of all levels.

- Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and an efficient working style.

- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Team player with an energetic personality and a keen eye for details.

- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and meticulous.

- High level of accuracy, reliability, and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.

- Hands-on and willing to learn.
