Basic Salary - $4800 pls allowance $400+com+aws+vb

Working location – 8 Sinaran Drive

Working Hours –5.5 days, Mon- Fri (9:00am - 6pm), Sat – (9:00am - 1pm)



Job Description – Sales Manager

Industry: Healthcare Providers and Clinics

Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client base within the healthcare industry, focusing on providers and clinics. This role requires a strategic and dynamic individual who can manage the sales process, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will become the key point of contact for clients, overseeing sales activities and fostering long-term partnerships.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within healthcare providers and clinics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and establish initial contact.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of healthcare providers and clinics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.


REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Skills:

-Strong understanding of healthcare providers and clinics.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Proficiency in cold calling to generate leads.

-Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

-Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Attributes:
