Responsibilities
· Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
· Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
· Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
· Maintain accurate audit trails to support internal and external audits.
· Monitor service levels and provide reports to the Head of IAM.
Skills/Requirement
· Strong knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management IAM solutions, standards, and processes.
· The IAM lifecycle, including request and approval, provisioning, certification, toxic combinations, and privileged access management.
· Role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and permissions management.
· Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ITIL systems and tools.
· Expertise in SailPoint
· Experience working in an IAM operational function in the financial services sector.
