Job Description
Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation.
Responsible for quantities take-off / measurements within targeted timeline.
Tender / quotation submission.
Prepare Bill of Quantities.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors.
Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.
To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
