-To Manage and coordinate with the project team to deliver the assigning project's site works on time using the allotted manpower.
-To coordinate with the management team and attend Internal meetings on project requirements, planning, targets on project completion.
-To be responsible for the supervision of work execution and necessary safety of works at the site.
-To provide proper guidance and support to the workers in order to complete the site works by liaising with the project management team.
-To take responsibility of the workers assigned to you to deliver the complete the site works on time.
-To report to the project Manager on timely progress in the project works and if necessary to attend meeting with him on any demanding site meetings.
-To liaise with the Design team for necessary site related coordination and execution
