We are seeking an experienced and strategic business-to-business (B2B) Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance our brand presence, and drive growth. This role will also include planning and executing events that align with our marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns, both online and offline.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing plan and budget to support the ongoing branding of Abaxx Exchange
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify B2B trends, target markets, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate closely with parent company, Abaxx Technologies, to align a coordinate marketing strategies, leverage on existing resources/relationships of Abaxx Technologies, to ensure cohesive and unified branding and promotional efforts across all platforms
- Create compelling and informative content targeted at the commodity and finance audience through various marketing channel including social media, website, industry publications
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, webinars, podcast, product launches and promotional activities to increase visibility on Abaxx Exchange and connect with industry stakeholders
- Work with internal team and/or partners to craft compelling messaging and content that communicates the value proposition of Abaxx Exchange
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives including driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Prior experience in commodities is advantageous
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
