Our client is a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Expenses Claims for 3-4 in the region. Checking of expense claims for all team members to ensure meet T&E policies, before submitting for approvals.
- Maintenance of distribution lists for the team.
- General administration duties for team based in Singapore (PC replacements, seats assignments, lockers assignments, etc.)
- Work with other team assistants whenever there are site wide events in Singapore.
- Coordinate agenda for meetings, events, teambuilding.
- Involved in internal event planning, organization, hosting.
- Travel Management for the team (for Director and Senior Director level).
- Support the team with basic data management via Excel such as sell-in / sell-through data.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a general administration role from a regional / global MNC.
- Basic / intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLookup – would be an added advantage. If do not possess the above, must be willing to learn.
- Excellent communicator – Outgoing personality, eagerness to learn and connect with seasoned EAs across the business.
- Candidates should be proactive and have good interpersonal skills
