Job Responsibilities:
• Taking the ownership of design and development of eFX applications and driving discussion with business users.
• Design eFX applications in ¬modern cloud-native microservice architecture.
• Propose the technical solution that best fit the business requirement in terms of the cost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Applying the technology that may help business and support efficiency e.g. system monitoring with effective metrics, machine learning, and test automation
• Drive the DevOps, automate the CI/CD flow with the test automation, TDD and BDD process.
• Adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
• Participate in quality assurance, peer reviews and code reviews Qualifications.
• Communicate and collaborate on development items.
Requirement:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills and have collaborative approach.
• Team player and ability to work with product owners and business team to develop, build & support application.
• Self-Motivated and passionate to build eFX trading platform with micro-services architecture
• Independent, proactive and demonstrate 'can-do' mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results.
• Demonstrable hand-on capability on Java/Spring/Bash/Shell Scripting is a must.
• Good to have exposure/knowledge on Python/Perl, Openshift, Kafka, etc
