• Undertake data management and verification in accordance to the requirements
• In-charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generate reports, in accordance to the requirements of the programme.
• Assist in documentation and tracking of key performance indicators and targets.
• Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other required activities.
• Liaise with relevant organizations and healthcare providers to coordinate referrals for the Programme.
• Organizes the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of activities and services.
• Provide secretariat support for workgroup meetings and presentations.
• Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in community and/or healthcare settings would be advantageous.
