JOB MISSION:
The Multimedia Content Creator is a versatile and creative professional responsible for crafting engaging content across various media formats, including text, photos, and videos. You will work closely with the creative, accounts, and strategy teams to develop content that aligns with our clients' brand identity and target audience, driving engagement and achieving their goals.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
First 90 Days
Familiarise Yourself with the Workflow and Accounts:
- Understand task distribution, approval processes, and collaboration methods within the Content team.
- Get to know the Design and Animation teams, and the Accounts team, understanding key contacts and processes.
- Study the playbooks and deliverables for the accounts you will be working on, ensuring a deep understanding of client goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Produce On-Brand, Compelling Content:
- Create high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and meets the standards set by the playbooks and client deliverables.
Engage with Squad Goals and Processes:
- Participate in squad-level meetings and understand the squad's overall goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the content team within your cross-functional team to ensure seamless integration and cohesive content strategies for your accounts.
Participate in Organisation-Level Activities:
- Engage in company-wide meetings such as huddles and town halls to stay informed about organisational updates and initiatives.
- Contribute to discussions and activities that foster a collaborative and innovative company culture.
Day-to-Day Expectations
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality written, photographic, and video content tailored to the assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely and standard-compliant delivery of content with minimal revisions.
- Follow the workflow to collaborate effectively, seek necessary approvals, and address queries.
Multimedia Production:
- Use photography and videography equipment to create visually appealing content.
- Edit photos and videos to align with the brand’s style and message.
Team Collaboration:
- Work within your assigned team, contributing to team goals and ensuring that content aligns with overall account KPIs.
- Collaborate with the content team within your squad, ensuring seamless integration and cohesive content strategies.
