Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards for food and beverage handling.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and maximizing profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure functionality and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including preparation techniques and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
