RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program both internal and external shows/events for venues (Theatre, Studios, Outdoor spaces).
  • Manage and maintain relationship with hirers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
  • Liaise with internal business units such as M&E, Estate Management, Security, etc to ensure that hirers' requirements are fulfilled.
  • Conduct site visits with potential hirers.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts and closing statements for hirers.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for projects.
  • Manage front of house requirements such as ushers, security and concessions for the shows/events:
    • Engage and manage ushers and security for the respective shows.
    • Handle patron's feedback & complains.
    • Work with ticketing agents on ticketing logistics and requirements.
  • Ensure that extra measures and SOPs, such as security and protocols, are in place when an event is attended by ministers and above.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min of 2-3 years of experience marketing as venue or event management background is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and analyse situations with proposed action plans.
  • Having an eye for design.
  • Be a team player but able to work independently when needed.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to on weekends and public holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
