Responsibilities:
· Provide Diabetic Retinal Photography (DRP), Diabetic Foot Screening (DFS) and nurse counselling services
· Able to give advice as to how to look out for signs of low blood sugar, namely hypoglycemia
· Provide advice and educate patients on the proper technique of giving own injections
· Performing duties such as checking and recording of patient vital information, documentation and communication
· Working and coordinating with doctors and other nurses
· Managing enquiries
· Administering medications/dressings
· Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least NITEC in Nursing / Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
- Previous DM (Diabetes Mellitus) experiences preferred
- Willing to travel to be deployed across different clinics, i.e. North, Northeast and East areas
- Good interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and a good team player
Working Hours (may be adjusted, subjected to clinic operations needs):
Mon - Fri: 8.45 am - 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm (shift)
Sat: 8.45 am - 1.00 pm
