· Arrangement of Workers and scheduling
· To supervise the site work
· Material calculation & Labor cost estimating
· To update the monthly site progress
· Site supervision and highlight to Project Engineer on the installation matter/changes
· Attend the servicing and issuance of service order
· Carry out inspection with RTO/Consultant
· To report all the project progress to superior
· To ensure all the design/installation detail can be done according to site condition
· Submit Material Requisition to office
· To feedback to HR workers’ training course required
· Ensure workers’ safe work procedure
· To maintain workers morale and solve workers’ issue/matter
· Train workers
· Any adhoc duty assigned by superior
