As a Senior Product Monetization Associate, you will be responsible for driving the successful monetization of our products and solutions in global market. This role requires a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive environment, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies to identify opportunities for our products.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams to enhance our competitive positioning.
2. Product and Solution Portfolio Management:
- Collaborate with the product management team to design the optimal product and solution portfolio for the Singapore market.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability, market competitiveness, and customer value.
- Evaluate and recommend product enhancements, new features, or new products to address evolving customer requirements.
3. Monetization Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective monetization strategies, including pricing models, subscription plans, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of the monetization plans.
- Monitor market performance and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize revenue and profitability.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on monetization priorities and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, forecasting, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of monetization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or monetization, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and market dynamics in the Singapore technology sector.
