Purpose of the Job
Job Description Summary
· This role sits in the Digital Marketing team and would be reporting to the Head of Strategy and Creatives of the SEAO region
· The job scope includes developing multi-channel strategy and execution across CRM (Paid & Owned) to drive business KPIs for the Samsung smartphone and consumer electronics category.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning (20%)
o Owns regionalization of our digital marketing strategy for owned and paid channels for the SEAO region, to drive customer acquisition, profitable growth and most importantly, customer retention.
o Define regional 1P Audience Strategy to drive acquisition and retention
o Lead agency partners towards the development of comms strategy and approach and creative toolkits.
o Collaborate and project manage with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts with business objectives and sales programmes.
o Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our marketing and advertising efforts
o Own, articulate and develop presentations/management reporting of business growth opportunities, strategic focus, market performance and action plans
o Identify and develop and pilot new marketing initiatives against business opportunity/gap
· CRM (50%)
o Serve as regional PIC and subject matter expert for CRM across 8 markets
o Responsible for the development of marketing briefs, creative monthly calendar, creative development/review and content publishing.
o Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our crm programs are customized according to each audience segment
o Drive action plans by leading and partnering with markets to meet performance targets via min. bi-monthly calls
o Define clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and key performance drivers (KPDs) across paid/owned/earned channels to deliver the business results
o Partner HQ to formulate and execute plans across our markets focused on global project launches and initiatives
o Test, learn, scale via regional led projects and develop best practices for the region
o Identify opportunities to iterate on the customer experience.
o Monitor competitor activities within the region to inform defensive and offensive strategies.
· Execution and Management (30%)
o Manage project stakeholders and internal cross functional teams to meet milestones, deadlines and scheduling for multiple projects in parallel, updating stakeholders with progress and decisions.
o Partner, review, brief and manage our key agencies to ensure productivity and efficiencies to deliver quality outputs
o Leverage analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
o Mine existing data to determine quick win opportunities.
o Support team budgeting, administrative and reporting needs for the business
Skills Required
· Independent and Strategic Thinking: Self driven, highly responsible with ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives, drawing insights from top industry players to drive digital marketing strategies.
· Campaign Development: Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience preferences.
· Audience Segmentation Expertise: Familiarity with audience segmentation and a passion for understanding consumer insights, translating them into actionable business ideas to drive campaign effectiveness.
· Performance Analysis: Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for maximum impact, utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
· Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas, gain stakeholder buy-in, and effectively convey marketing strategies and campaign outcomes.
· Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and alignment in executing digital marketing strategies.
· Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and business priorities, adjusting digital marketing strategies accordingly to drive success.

Qualification & Other Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
· A minimum of 5-8 years of work-experience exclusively in digital marketing for a Tech/ Electronics/ CPG Marketer / Finance
Ability to travel regionally (~25%) and at short notice
