Position: Warehouse Coordinator
- 5.5 Days ; Mon-Fri (8am-5.30pm); Saturday (8.30am-12.45pm)
- Salary: $2300 - $3000

Requirements:
- Experienced in Prepare Inventory Report, Closing Report
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred experience from Oil & gas, Marine, Manufacturing Industry
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the day to day store operations.
- Maintain an effective control system to ensure smooth flow of tools/materials.
- Maintain proper records of all items received and issues.
- Timely compilation of necessary reports.
- Provide proper labeling for new items.
- Close inventory and prepare closing and transaction reports at the end of the month.
- Handle the returned tools/materials from shipping division to stock-room.
- Ensure proper layout and easy access of stocks in the store.
- Perform stock counts and updates stock card periodically.
- Ensure high standard of security in the store and receiving section.
- Raise discrepancy report when necessary.
- Follow up on shortage report.
- Replenish stock when necessary.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and overall maintenance of the store and equipment.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior or the management.
