Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly closing & financial reports independently for group companies.
- Maintain master data and verify transactions in accounting system group companies.
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory
- Prepare company tax computation and quarterly submit GST to IRAS
- Close P&L, balance sheet and prepare audit schedules
- Business Partnering with various business groups
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management/Head of Finance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full sets of Accounts and payroll functions
- Able to multi task and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge
- Familiar with SAP system is an advantage
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage
- Working hours: 5.5 Working days, Mon to Fri (8.30am-5.30pm), Sat (8.30am-12.30pm)
- Working area: Fishery Port
