Responsibilities
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
· Prepare financial analyses and reports as required.
· Prepare revenue projections and assist in forecasting expenditures.
· Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets.
· Review expenses, payroll records, and other financial documents as assigned.
· Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
· Maintain related supporting documentation to meet legal regulations and requirements.
· Coordinate and communicate with external parties such as tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and tax authorities as necessary.
· Assist with other accounting projects as directed by Management.
Qualifications
· A solid foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
· 5+ years in the accounting fast lane, with a preference for those who've navigated the automotive sector.
· A tech-savvy navigator, proficient in the latest accounting software and MS Office.
· Expertise in accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them at high speeds.
· Strategic vision with the analytical skills to dodge financial potholes.
· Leadership qualities that inspire and accelerate team performance.
· Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)
· Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task and work independently
· Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment in a fast paced environment
· Fluent in written and spoken English
