GLG is seeking a Marketing Campaign, Senior Associate/ Manager to lead the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing and engagement campaigns in APAC. The Campaign Manager will be a key member of the growing Marketing team, ensuring outreach campaigns are effectively executed, measured, and optimized to meet GLG's goals. This role will sit in the APAC Marketing team and deploy and manage multiple multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and demand for GLG’s full product suite. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing, strong analytical skills and an open-minded approach to testing marketing tactics.
Primary duties include (but are not limited to):
- Plan and execute targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns promoting GLG offerings to clients and experts, encompassing email, landing pages, and BI reports.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance, optimizing through A/B testing and dynamic content based on data segmentation to achieve target objectives.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketers, central marketing team, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and KPI requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data hygiene practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules for all campaign assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Organize events such as webinars in Marketo, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages and forms
- Integrate APAC specific automation between Marketo-SFDC-WeChat as applicable
- Work effectively within strict deadlines to meet the Marketing team's goals
- Working with team in APAC and globally to develop and execute marketing automation strategies within customer journeys, contact management, segmentation, and measurement of success
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2-8 years of experience in demand generation and engagement campaigns, from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage campaign data and insights for continuous improvement.
- Keen eye for customer/user experience and campaign design.
- Experience with marketing platforms, preferably Marketo. Marketo certification is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of HTML / CSS.
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience with website maintenance and publishing, preferably WordPress.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, technology, and product teams. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach to learning and implementing new tools and strategies.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, APAC.
