Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of a clear and concise plan of action for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Partner stakeholders to review and signoff User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and scenarios within the stipulated timelines
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution
- Execute testing and analyze test outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects
- Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate UAT signoff by ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided
- Prepare training materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years working experience in life insurance operations and with knowledge in both operation and system areas are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
