Responsibilities:
· Create personalised menus based on clients' preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
· Grocery shopping for fresh and high-quality ingredients.
· Prepare and cook meals in clients' homes or designated kitchens.
· Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
· Ensure food safety standards and sanitation practices are followed.
· Collaborate with clients to plan special events and dinners.
· Adapt recipes to accommodate special requests or dietary needs.
Requirements:
· Possess minimum 8 years’ experience as a chef.
· Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients. Western, Japanese, Thai, Local cuisine is a must.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience preferred.
· Possess own vehicle, driver's license and clean driving record.
Work Details and Benefits:
· 6 day week, fixed Saturdays off.
· Required to work on public holidays. Off-in-lieu provided for each public holiday.
· Split shift, 1100hrs to 1500hrs and 1700hrs to 2100hrs
