Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the restaurant's goals and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.


2. Brand Management:

Maintain and enhance the restaurant's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer interactions.


3. Digital Marketing:

Oversee the restaurant's digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Create engaging content, monitor online reputation, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact. Develop digital & social strategies and support the execution aligned with the brand’s strategic direction and guidelines of the different business units.


4. Promotions and Campaigns:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.


5. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


6. Collateral Development:

Create and submit briefs for the designers in order for them to create compelling marketing collateral, including menus, brochures, signage, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the restaurant's offerings and value proposition.


7. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and campaign results. Use insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing strategies.



Qualifications:


· Proven experience in restaurant marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.

· Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, market trends, and customer behaviour.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Graphic design or experience with Canva is a plus.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed decisions.

· Collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.
