- Program Management (PMO), Enterprise Change Management and/or project management (BA/PM)
- Covers PMO and Enterprise Change Management Functions.
- Perform BA/PM function and manage project deliveries independently from start to end with good governance routines.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the requirements, coordinate with technical leads on solutions design, create Business Requirements
- Technical design documents, manage project plan, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions and most importantly bring the team together to deliver a common goal.
- Help resolve conflicts where needed.
- Use Powerpoint, Excel, Visio to create business requirements documents and regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior Technology and LOB partners; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience.
