  • Participate in tendering process for government tenders by preparing Tender Costing, Final tender Pricing Schedules, Preliminaries, Summary of Tender, and Schedule of Rate (SOR).
  • Understand the Instructions to Tenderer and review the tender documents to be able to size up the scope of work and identify the commercial requirements e.g., Completion Date, Duration, Liquidated Damages (LD), Performance Bond, Warranty Insurance, Workmen Compensation.
  • Understand the functional requirements of the tender to prepare system’s overview and other requirements.
  • Engage in technical discussion to prepare Technical Proposal, Write-up, Design, and System Architecture Drawing.
  • Take part in conceptualizing system solutions in the aspect of Software, Hardware and Firmware to prepare system proposal.
  • Organize weekly Tender Review Meeting to update the status of tender.
  • Provide general Risk Assessment overview.
  • Track GEBIZ updates closely to identify any changes in client requirements.
  • Attend queries during tender and response to questions from client.
  • Facilitate the Presentation to the client during tender interview and organize mock-up demo Proof of Concept (POC) as when it is required.
  • Attend site survey and briefing to understand the system requirement.
  • Responsible for market intelligence gathering e.g., data from user, suppliers, and internet reference.
  • Gather quotation from suppliers.
  • Provide weekly update on tender evaluation outcome after the tender is closed.
  • Compile tender schedule results after tender close for review.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • A candidate with a proven record of building strong client relationships, highly motivated, a self-starter who proactively generates new sales leads, and excels in achieving sales targets.
  • Familiar with integrated security systems like CCTV, Card Access, Face Recognition.
  • Candidates from the Facilities Industry are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract.
  • Experience and knowledge in GeBIZ would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good sales follow up & good track records of sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, and able to carry out tasks independently.
  • Passionate about meeting people.
