Responsibilities:
- Support regional team to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe and Responsible for overseeing all tax affairs
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law development and create strategies to ensure optimized tax structure and ETR
- Liaising with other members of the finance and functional teams on tax matters
- Leading the development and implementation of tax planning strategies across the region aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Provide expert guidance on tax planning, structuring, transfer pricing and compliance matters for the region and business
- Manage relationships with external advisers and authorities, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and filings
- Ensuring at all times high level of tax support across businesses
Requirements:
- Degree/CA with minimum 10 years of international tax experience
- Proven taxation management experience with demonstrated track record and good working knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Ability to build strategic partnerships, build relationships internally and externally
- Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
