Experience with structural steel design, drawing, specs, details, etc
a) Connection details
b) Steel Structural Details
c) Foundation Details
d) Shop Fabrication Drawings
e) Site Erection Marking Plans & Elevations
f) Interfacing and coordinating with Customers and other external drafting services on various technical matters.
g) Produce/Prepare cutting plans for rolled sections & plate parts.
h) Perform materials take-off to procurement purposes.
Experience and Certifications in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Revit, Tekla, etc
· Based in office with occasional visits to site(s), when necessary
· Singaporean / PR & any gender are welcome
· Possess good communication / interpersonal qualities
· Experienced in structural steel and metal works and understanding of structural design and calculation
· Possess good knowledge of Eurocode and BCA guideline
· Coordination of technical design and drawings submission between client and consultant and familiar with BCA submission
· Only those with relevant experience in Singapore will be considered.
Job Requirements:
1) Specialist Diploma in Computational BIM (Building) or any other engineering
2) Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) – Structural Steel Supervisor (StS) or Structural Steel Engineer (StEr) certificates would be advantageous.
3) Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Steel Detailing.
