IT SYSTEM LEAD/ IT DEPUTY SYSTEM LEAD (NETWORK/ RF/ CLOUD/ INFRA/ SYSTEM)

- Company: Well-reputable IT Service Provider Organization (supporting Government related organizations)
- Working Location: Lakeside (EW26) (Nearest MRT), about 12 mins bus ride
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (8.30 AM – 6 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Operation Meetings with (internal/ external) customers as well as vendors/OEMs
- Preparing and issuing monthly project reports using Digitalization/ BI Tools (relating to SLAs, KPIs, Financial Targets, etc.)
- Actively participating in (or preparing) project tenders
- Scheduling team members for system maintenance plans
- Managing customer feedbacks, requests and incidents
- Managing and configuring (Splunk products) for project system
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalence.
- Have at least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experiences in System & Cloud Infrastructure Management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must have Class 3 Driving License with Good driving record (company will provide car, to drive around to different work sites)
- Highly advantageous to have an experience in using BI Tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) for project reporting purpose.
- Experienced in System-Level Maintenance in followings (e.g.: Radio Communications, Network, Cloud, System, Infrastructure, UPS) is highly preferred
- Advantageous to have (but not a must have): CCNA certification (or higher)
