- Responsible for restaurant daily shift operations and supervision of staffing levels
- Will be in charge of two F&B brands
- Demonstrate knowledge of menus and be able to make food recommendations
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to maximise customer satisfaction
- Experience in public relations and be able to upsell liquor
- Handle table reservations and be able to drive repeat customer patronage
- Assists servers on the floor during peak periods
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
