Job Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
Optimize online advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, Facebook, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Creative and Design Development:Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials (banners, brochures, etc.).
Work closely with the marketing team to develop brand identity and maintain consistency across all channels.
Design eye-catching landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets.
Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics.
- UX/UI Design:Gather user requirements and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay informed about UX/UI best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic diploma / University Degree.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, creative design, and UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
