The Maintenace Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Utilities, Process and MST pilot equipment and ensures cGMP, HSE, Statutory, Regulatiory / authority requirements and is in alignment with client's Guildelines and Policy in the execution of equipment maintenance.
Major Accountabilities
Operation
- Execute maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities and provide world class maintenance services to support reliable manufacturing operations.
- Compky with client cGMP, HSE, Statutory, Regulation/authority requirements in executing maintenance, troubleshooting and reapir activities.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors / vendors in the execution of their duties to ensure maintenance services are carried out properly and promptly in accordance to client's Regulatory requirements.
- Perform proper documents of all maintainence and repair activities via CMMS SAP-PM
- Maintain interface will al stakeholders (e.g PU, MST and HSE) to ensure quality maintainence services are provided to support manufacturing operations.
- Support plant equipment commissioning activities as required
- Any other assignment by Supervisor as required
- (For Senior Role) Lead and manage a lead of mechanical technicians to support and provide world class maintainence services to support reliable manufacturing operations.

Ideal Background
- Education (minimum / desirable):Recognised Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical Mechatronics or equivalent discipline
- Languages: English fluent in both speaking and written. Mandarin Chinese a plus
- 5 to 10 years relevant experence in engineering environment
- Experience in cGMP and / or pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Experience in start-up or commissioning experience is an advantage
