Job Description & Requirements
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- To manage and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Ensure a safe work environment on site
- Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works and utility diversion
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Work closely with consultant, and sub-contractor.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and ensured targeted completion dates are met
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, and performance are aligned with the schedule.
