Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends.
- Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on the organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Prepare regular risk reports and presentations for senior management and the board.
- Document risk management processes, policies, and procedures.
Maintain comprehensive records of risk assessments and actions taken. - Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and compliance, to identify and manage risks.
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. - Participate in risk management projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FX Trading is an added advantage
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Proficiency in risk management software and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable to liaise with stakeholders in Mandarin stationed in China.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
