Process Associate Engineer is responsible to support the engineering activities and daily production activities reliably and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Process Engineers in
- Process recipe setup and qualification for production
- Process monitoring and improvement
- Troubleshoot process-related issue
- Disposition and holding of lots
- Data collection
- Ensure process integrity for machines is in place for production.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area
- Co-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.
- Other ad-hoc activities
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in material / electrical / electronics/ mechatronics/ microelectronics engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in front-end process such as Lithography, Wet Etch or Thin Film
- Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Experience in SPC
- Able to work under various shift pattern. The selected candidate will start with office hours, and eventually transition to 12-hour rotating shift between day and night
