Description
• Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
• Gather information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
• Buying supplies and materials directly from suppliers / vendors
• Inventory monitoring
Job Requirement
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills. Purchasing clerk required to liaise with Chinese suppliers. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
• Able to multitask and hardworking.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
• Need a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to monitor and maintain computerized records related to purchasing activities
