Role of the educator:
- Conduct lessons and routine care
- Set-up learning corners
- Prepare children's portfolio for PTC
- Communicate with parents about children's well-being and progress
- Attend meetings and participate in school events
- Attend HQ trainings and ECDA approved CPD courses

✔ Infant Care (HCIC or ACEY)
✔ At least fresh grad to 1 year of working experience in Infant Care setting preferred.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in IT skills and using Microsoft Office
✔ Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with infants.
✔ Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and respond to the changing needs of infants.
✔ Good understanding of infant and toddler development is essential for providing age-appropriate care, activities, and interactions that promote growth.
✔ Creative and resourceful, able to develop engaging and stimulating activities that cater to the unique developmental needs of infants.
✔ Strong communication skills to interact effectively with infants, parents, and colleagues.
✔ Strong observational skills, able to assess infant’s progress and identify areas for improvement.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
✔ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as an educator.
