Role of the educator:
- Conduct lessons and routine care
- Set-up learning corners
- Prepare children's portfolio for PTC
- Communicate with parents about children's well-being and progress
- Attend meetings and participate in school events
- Attend HQ trainings and ECDA approved CPD courses

✔ Advanced certificate in early childhood care and education (ACECE) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
✔ Fresh graduate to 1 years of working experience in early childhood setting preferred
✔ Good organizational and time management skills
✔ Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in IT skills and using Microsoft Office
✔ Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
✔ Patient, compassionate, and a genuine love for working with young children and understanding their needs and challenges
✔ Creative and resourceful, able to adapt activities and lesson to meet the diverse needs and interests of children
✔ Strong observational skills, able to assess children’s progress and identify areas for improvement
✔ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents and colleagues
✔ Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs and dynamics of the classroom
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
✔ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as an educator
