Build, engage, develop + leverage an active implementation community drive continuous improvement in implementation systems, processes, policies and tools, You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
- To build, empower + inspire a high performing team of implementation managers.
- To build, engage, develop + leverage an active implementation community.
- To drive the correct + consistent usage of the global customer implementation methodology through creating awareness, organizational competence + active gatekeeping.
- To govern the implementation pipeline, customer set-up + solution design approval process.
- To anticipate + secure resources to deliver high quality implementations.
- To participate in all steering committees to monitor progress on projects + remove bottlenecks.
- To maintain, improve + drive the application of the master operational procedure to facilitate standardization + scalability of our solutions.
- To drive continuous improvement in implementation systems, processes, policies + tools
