We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our in-house production team in Singapore and globally, and ensuring our products operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of TIG automatic cladding machines, manual welding machines (E.g. Fronius Brand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair automatic and manual welding machines and/or CNC Machining
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve production technical concerns and requirements.
- Provide in-house training on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the O&G industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Philippines and Malaysia as needed.
