Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers regarding technical matters and to ensure project specifications are meet.
- Coordinate and instruct supervisors to carry out assigned projects to ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 2-5 years working experience in a related industry.
- Good team player and problem solver.
- Candidate must be open for 5.5 days work
